Thank you for supporting The Chandlery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we pack and ship your order with care.
We currently ship Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Please note: All our products are hand-poured in small batches. If an item is made to order, we will notify you of any delay.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.
Standard Shipping (Australia Post or courier): 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (metro areas)
Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
Double-check your address details were correct.
Check with neighbours or household members.
Contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
Still no luck? Email us at admin@thechandlery.au and we’ll do our best to assist.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
By default, couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if you're not home. If you prefer signature on delivery, please request this at checkout where available.
